Job Title: System Administration Specialist - ServiceNow Platform Management
Job Description
The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of the ServiceNow platform. This role involves managing ServiceNow instances, implementing enhancements, and ensuring the stability and reliability of the platform.
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow platform, including user and group management, ACLs, business rules, UI policies, UI actions, and client scripts.
- Configure and maintain ServiceNow applications, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, and CMDB.
- Develop and implement enhancements, updates, and upgrades to the ServiceNow platform.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Create and maintain system documentation, including technical specifications, user guides, and operational procedures. Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum of Top Secret (or higher) clearance is required for this position. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, experience with ServiceNow, and a solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) principles. Benefits
