Job Title:ServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC) Location:Remote Job Overview: We are seeking an experiencedServiceNow Business Process Consultant (BPC)to support a global ITSM AI Optimization initiative. The consultant will work closely with stakeholders to guide the implementation ofAI Searchwithin theService Operations Workspaceand ensure alignment with agile methodologies. Required:CIS certifications are required. Key Responsibilities: Drive process workshops and define solution strategies for AI Search implementation. Translate business needs into detailed requirements and user stories. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proper delivery of scoped features. Advise on SOW content and project planning. Ensure project milestones are met using Agile best practices. Act as a bridge between client stakeholders and delivery teams. Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of experience as a ServiceNow BPC or similar role. Strong understanding ofITSM ,AI Search , andService Operations Workspace . Knowledge ofNow Assistis a strong plus. Experience working withSOWsand client-facing consulting. Deep knowledge ofAgile methodologyand Scrum practices. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Must be proactive, self-driven, and comfortable with assertive client environments. Nice to Have: Experience with global AMS (Application Management Services) clients. ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ITSM, AI/ML, or BPC track).
