As a System Manager, ServiceNow, you will be part of the Global ERP & Enterprise Services team within the FDB IT Department. More info atFujifilm Careers . Principal AccountabilitiesSupporting Internal Customers:Provide timely support to ensure customer satisfaction and anticipate needs (10%). Technology Management:Ensure system reliability, availability, and security; stay updated with technological advancements; implement improvements (40%). Process Adherence:Follow ITIL/ITSM frameworks; document and refine IT processes for efficiency (20%). Validation:Prepare documentation for GxP and critical IT technologies; participate in validation/testing; approve validation documents (10%). Project Management:Manage or contribute to IT projects, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met, applying best practices (10%). Additional duties as assigned. Minimum Education and BackgroundBachelor’s degree, preferably with relevant certifications; extensive IT experience or equivalent background. 5+ years managing large enterprise systems, including at least three years with ServiceNow. Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesCollaborate across teams to support and improve IT services. Project management skills for self-driven and collaborative projects. Adaptability to organizational changes. Customer service skills for platform operation. Strong communication and attention to detail.
