We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Specialist to collaborate with our team at bebeeservicenow. As a ServiceNow Specialist, you will deliver high-quality solutions, improve processes, and provide technical support across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the ServiceNow platform, its community, and services.
  • Familiarize yourself with the Citizen Approach within ServiceNow.
  • Maintain and configure the ServiceNow platform for optimal performance.
  • Develop, maintain, and customize ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.
  • Analyze and resolve system performance issues through corrective actions.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to industry best practices.
  • Implement security policies using ACLs, roles, and groups for data protection.
  • Document processes and technical solutions for future reference.
  • Promote innovative mission solutions and drive digital transformation initiatives.
  • Design and develop application prototypes & Proof of Concepts on the ServiceNow platform.
  • Present technical solutions aligned with customer business problems.
  • Facilitate workshops for customers focusing on innovation, ideation, co-creation, development, and validation of solutions.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow development or similar engineering roles.
  • Experience with ServiceNow modules: ITSM and WSD.
  • Familiarity with Citizen development and its benefits.
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development tools such as Flow Designer, Studio IDE, and Update Sets.
  • Understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and best practices for efficient workflow management.
  • Experience with Service Portal design and development for user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ability to develop custom applications and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Experience facilitating client-facing workshops to successfully progress initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices for collaborative project management.
  • Strong analytical mindset and customer orientation for effective problem-solving.
  • Ability to quickly understand new technology through instruction and self-training.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for clear collaboration.
  • Critical thinking and analytical approach to complex problems.
