As a ServiceNow Technical Lead, you will play a critical role in supporting our development team. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced developers.
- Developing complex requirements focused on ServiceNow CSM implementations.
- Collaborating with the ServiceNow Architect and other tech leads on design, development, and support.
- Reviewing and optimizing implementations to ensure quality and best practice adherence.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM and/or ITSM.
- Expertise in core platform implementations, portal management, data integrations, and working with 3rd party tools.
- Strong English skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
