Experienced ServiceNow Business Analyst Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Servicenow Business Analyst to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a skilled professional to make a real impact in our organization.

The successful candidate will be responsible for gathering and analyzing internal customer requirements, maintaining a backlog with the external vendor, and collaborating with other Product Owners / Business Analysts. They will also provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities, ensuring that Servicenow best practices are followed or alternative solutions are proposed.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on large transformation projects, leveraging your experience of Servicenow CSM and ITSM. You will also be expected to keep up-to-date with regular product evolutions in your area of focus and share relevant information within and outside the solution team.

• 5/6 years hands-on experience in the Business Analyst/Product Manager/Product Owner role on the Servicenow platform.
• CSM and ITSM experience.
• Good knowledge of ITIL.
