Expert ServiceNow Business Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow implementation team, you will act as the link between internal customers and external vendors responsible for project implementation. You will collaborate with other business analysts to ensure successful project delivery.

Your primary responsibility will be to gather, analyze, and review internal customer requirements and maintain a backlog in collaboration with the external vendor and other Product Owners/Business Analysts.

You will also review each demand concerning the platform's out-of-the-box features, ensuring changes follow ServiceNow best practices or propose alternative solutions.

In addition, you will provide guidance on process evolutions and platform capabilities, stay updated with regular product evolutions, and share relevant information within and outside the solution team.

You will organize UATs and work on building and updating key test scenarios with the external vendor.

Finally, you will propose improvement actions within your functional perimeter and drive functional workshops with end users, assist vendors, and internal stakeholders, ensuring key topics are addressed.
