ServiceNow Developer Job

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow developer to join our team. As a key member of our IT solutions team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and administering ServiceNow solutions in an enterprise environment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of ServiceNow application suites, including ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM areas. They should also have experience with process workflows, capturing and writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Responsibilities:
• Create technical designs and specifications for ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and maintain system lifecycle documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy features, enhancements, fixes, and configuration changes.
• Participate in customer-facing meetings to discuss Service Management processes and features. Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the candidate should possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience with IT Service Management solutions in an enterprise environment.
• 3 years of experience in business processes and business analysis in a software application environment.
• 3 years of experience designing and developing process workflows, capturing and writing requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow Application Suite covering ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM areas.
• Superior attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately. Benefits
