We are in the process of implementing Service Now (the TPSM package, which included CSM, ITSM and ITOM). As we implement this we will need someone to help us write and develop training that is suitable to the modules we are implementing.
We have made some amendments to the modules we purchased ie it is not 'out of the box' therefore we need someone who understands Service Now and can adapt the training to meet the changes we have made.
We are therefore seeking an experienced ServiceNow Learning and Development Consultant to help us design and implement effective training programs tailored to our team’s needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ServiceNow and experience in creating engaging learning materials online. You will be responsible for working with people in the company who can assess our current skill levels, and then you will develop training content, and potentially delivering on line training sessions.
It is expected this project will be done in sprints ie produce training on X, Once complete produce training on Y. You will use your own tools, laptop and learning tech to develop this.
You must have experience of Service Now as there is no time for upskilling/learning on the job, Strong communication skills and an eye for detail are essential.
