As a ServiceNow Developer at Marathon TS, Inc., you will be responsible for configuring, developing, supporting, and maintaining the company's ServiceNow implementation. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a willingness to collaborate with external and internal stakeholders. Primary Responsibilities
- Support the standup, configuration, and implementation of ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM, and TSOM modules.
- Create and maintain Forms, Reports, Views, Workflows, Groups, and Roles.
- Create, maintain, and enhance Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports.
- Create and configure tool integrations with ServiceNow (Elastic, Netcool, Kafka, etc).
- Coordinate and support application and platform upgrades.
- Assist with design, creation, and cataloging of business process flows.
- Work with other members of the ServiceNow development team to propose solutions based on business needs and strategies.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather input and support ongoing business needs for ServiceNow configuration, implementation, and support. Additionally, you will review and apply any additional UI/UX requirements from external and internal teams and align them into ServiceNow development. Requirements
- Requires a US Citizenship.
- Hold and active security certification that meets DOD 8570 IAT level II or higher (i.e., Security).
- Must hold an active DoD Secret clearance.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 4-8 years of professional experience; or 2-6 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
- At least 3 years of experience with the design, development, and support of technology infrastructure.
- At least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Experience with ServiceNow upgrades.
The qualified candidate shall have excellent customer service skills, the ability to work independently, prioritize, schedule, and complete multiple tasks, as well as strong communication skills that enable proactive and effective collaboration with a virtual team.
