JOB DESCRIPTION :

3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development.

1+ year of experience in Service Portal development and UI customization.

Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, AngularJS, and front-end technologies.

Strong logical thinking and business process design capabilities.

Familiarity with ServiceNow data model, CMDB, ACLs, and core modules like ITSM.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.
