Job Description

At an Senior Associate level, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution by using Data, Analytics & Insights Skills. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:

Position Requirements

Required Skills:

Primary Skill: ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITBM, CMDB, ATF, Javascript.

Secondary Skill: Reporting, Selenium, Java, Cucumber, Azure devops, Git

Data Analyst

  • Should have minimum 5 year’s hands on experience on Service Now Application like GRC/IRM, ITSM, ITBM
  • Should have minimum 5 years’ hands on Experience on ITIL, ITSM modules.
  • Should have minimum 5 years’ working understanding of ServiceNow ATF, Tricentis Tosca
  • Should have the ability to understand complex business and functional requirements.
  • Should have superior analytical skills in analyzing user, functional and technical requirements
  • Should have ability to practical application of the Testing Concepts in day-to-day project activities.
  • Should have ability to derive the Test Scenarios from the Business Requirements.
  • Should have working understanding in Test Design and writing detailed test cases based on user scenarios.
  • Should have working understanding of analyzing test execution results and the creation of appropriate test metrics.
  • Should have working understanding of the defect management process.
  • Should have working understanding of ServiceNow Test Management and Agile
  • Should have working understanding of automation testing concepts and hands on ServiceNow ATF
  • Should have working understanding of Automation execution like preparing smoke test scenarios and execution in continuous basis with each deployment
  • Should have ability to enhance automation scripts to build a regression suite.
  • Should have working understanding of software testing techniques and strategies.
  • Should working understanding in Mobile Testing.
  • Should have working understanding of the various Test Management and Defect Management tools.
  • Should have working understanding of quality assurance and/or software development processes and methodologies, with the ability to share that knowledge with peers, and project team members.
  • Should have excellent analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
  • ways of “working smarter”, through elimination of unnecessary steps or duplication.

  • Certifications in ServiceNow (CSA, ITIL, ATF), ISTQB Certification
