ServiceNow CSM Developer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our team.

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) platform, including Service Portal and reporting solutions.
  • Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow CSM modules and custom applications.
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow CSM and external systems.
  • Consult with customers on technology, data flows, and business processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
  • Experience: 6–9 years of total IT experience, with at least 3+ years dedicated to ServiceNow CSM.
  • Proven experience in at least one end-to-end ServiceNow CSM implementation.
