About the Job:

We are seeking experienced professionals to support global ServiceNow ITOM projects. India-based consultants can join through our Indian office and relocate to Saudi Arabia (visa sponsored), or those already located in Saudi Arabia may be considered for relocation to the USA.

FTE opportunities are available across levels, including business and technical roles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Analyst: Drive requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and documentation
• Solution Architect: Define scalable, secure ServiceNow ITOM architecture
• Technical Architect: Lead technical design, integrations, and platform strategies
• Business Process Consultant: Bridge business processes with ServiceNow configurations and solutions
• Technical Consultant: Configure, customize, and implement Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, and related modules

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM, especially Service Mapping
• Ability to work remotely and relocate as required
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Flexibility for international travel/relocation based on project needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM, CTA, etc.)
• Experience working with Middle East or U.S. clients

Note:

Direct connections are welcome from individuals already residing in Saudi Arabia.

India-based consultants will start from the Indian office and relocate as per project requirements.
