Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM (Service Mapping) - Multiple Openings

Location: Remote (India-based preferred) | Travel/Relocation to Saudi Arabia or USA

Job Description:

The Client is seeking 10+ experienced professionals in ServiceNow ITOM (Service Mapping) to support global projects. We're looking for India-based consultants who can join through our Indian office and relocate to Saudi Arabia (visa sponsored), or those already located in Saudi Arabia. If the consultant is open to relocation to the USA, sponsorship can also be considered for the right candidate.

FTE opportunities are available across levels.

Roles & Responsibilities (vary by position):

• BA: Drive requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery.
• Solution Architect: Define a scalable and secure ServiceNow ITOM architecture that meets the Client's needs.
• Technical Architect: Lead technical design, integrations, and platform strategies to optimize ServiceNow ITOM performance.
• BPC: Bridge business processes with ServiceNow configurations and solutions to improve efficiency.
• Technical Consultant: Configure, customize, and implement Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, and related modules to meet the Client's requirements.

Key Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM, especially Service Mapping
• Ability to work remotely and relocate as required
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Flexibility for international travel/relocation based on project needs

Desirable Skills:

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM, CTA, etc.)
• Experience working with Middle East or U.S. clients
