Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM (Service Mapping) – Multiple Openings

Location: Remote, India-based preferred. Travel and relocation to Saudi Arabia or USA may be required.

Job Description:

We are seeking consultants with expertise in ServiceNow ITOM (Service Mapping) to support global projects. This is an opportunity for India-based consultants to join our Indian office and relocate to Saudi Arabia (visa sponsored), or for those already located in Saudi Arabia. Candidates open to relocation to the USA may also be considered.

FTE opportunities are available across levels.

Roles and Responsibilities vary by position:

• BA: Gather requirements, align stakeholders, and document processes
• Solution Architect: Design scalable, secure ServiceNow ITOM architecture
• Technical Architect: Lead technical design, integrations, and platform strategies
• BPC: Bridge business processes with ServiceNow configurations and solutions
• Technical Consultant: Configure, customize, and implement Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, and related modules

Mandatory Skills:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM, especially Service Mapping
• Ability to work remotely and relocate as required
• Effective communication and client-facing skills
• Flexibility for international travel/relocation based on project needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM, CTA, etc.)
• Experience working with Middle East or U.S. clients
