ServiceNow ITOM Project Specialist

Job Title: ServiceNow ITOM (Service Mapping)

Multiple openings exist for global projects requiring skilled consultants who can drive project success from remote locations.

• Roles available include Business Analyst, Solution Architect, Technical Architect, Business Process Consultant, and Technical Consultant

Our team is seeking experienced professionals to define scalable, secure ServiceNow ITOM architectures and lead technical design, integrations, and platform strategies. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and documentation as a Business Analyst
• Define scalable, secure ServiceNow ITOM architecture as a Solution Architect
• Lead technical design, integrations, and platform strategies as a Technical Architect
• Bridge business processes with ServiceNow configurations and solutions as a Business Process Consultant
• Configure, customize, and implement Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, and related modules as a Technical Consultant Requirements:
• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM, especially Service Mapping
• Ability to work remotely and relocate as required
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Flexibility for international travel/relocation based on project needs Preferred Qualifications:
• ServiceNow Certifications (CSA, CIS-ITOM, CTA, etc.)
• Experience working with Middle East or U.S. clients

For those already located in Saudi Arabia, direct connection is encouraged. For India-based consultants, relocation will start from the Indian office and progress as per project requirements.
