Sr. ServiceNow Development Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Servicenow Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing reliable and high-availability development environments. You will work closely with the project team members to collaborate and provide feedback during planning meetings.

The ideal candidate should possess excellent interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. You should have a strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile/Scrum methodology. Additionally, you should be proficient in Servicenow Certified Systems Administrator and have knowledge of ITIL/industry standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Understand the given application requirements (or User Stories)
• Participate in Daily stand-up meetings and understand the changes proposed on the requirements / user stories
• Responsible for the code quality of assigned tasks
• Perform Unit Testing and do documentation as required
• Provide support to the users during the User Acceptance Testing Desired Skills:
• Good understanding of Monitoring tool Knowledge
• Experience with base platform & reports
• Knowledge of unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, user acceptance testing, or any client-specific testing
• Must-Have Technical Comptency Experience of ITOM suite (CSDM/CMDB /Discovery/Service Mapping/Event Management) within Servicenow
