We are seeking a seasoned Servicenow Developer Expert with expertise in designing, developing, and optimizing Servicenow solutions.

• Design and develop high-quality Servicenow applications, including custom modules and integrations.
• Develop and optimize automation workflows, leveraging Servicenow's capabilities to streamline business processes.
• Implement and enhance Servicenow security best practices, ensuring role-based access control and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Servicenow capabilities with business needs.
• Conduct technical workshops, training, and documentation for junior developers and IT teams.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in Servicenow development and administration.

Expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP API, and Servicenow Scripting.

Deep knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, SecOps, and automation workflows.

Experience with Servicenow integrations (LDAP, SSO, SCCM, Intune, Azure AD, AWS, etc.).

Strong understanding of Servicenow Orchestration, Flow Designer, and Workflow Automation.

Hands-on experience with Servicenow Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboarding.

Strong problem-solving skills with L3+ troubleshooting and debugging experience.

Experience with Servicenow upgrades, cloning, and instance management.
