About the Role: ">

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
• Develop and configure ServiceNow modules, applications, and workflows.
• Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
• Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow functionality and performance.
• Implement automation and orchestration using Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules.
• Maintain platform health and manage upgrades, patching, and performance optimizations.
• Provide mentoring and guidance to junior developers. ">

Requirements: ">

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.
• Strong experience with modules such as ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, Incident, Change, Problem, Service Catalog, and Knowledge Management.
• Proficient in JavaScript, Glide API, Script Includes, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Client Scripts.
• Experience with IntegrationHub, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server configuration.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data modeling, and security (ACLs, roles, permissions).
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is required. Additional certifications like Certified Application Developer (CAD) or ITSM/ITOM Implementer preferred.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills. ">

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ">

• Experience with ServiceNow CSM, HRSD, GRC, or SecOps.
• Experience working in Agile or DevOps environments.
• Exposure to Performance Analytics, Reporting, and Virtual Agent.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and represent the platform in cross-functional meetings. "] ,
