ServiceNow Developer Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow applications to meet business needs.

• The ideal candidate will develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom modules.
• They will design and implement ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
• Ongoing platform performance, security, and compliance optimization is essential.
• The chosen candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Leading upgrades, migrations, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption is crucial.
• Developing and integrating APIs, web services, and automation solutions will be key responsibilities.
• The selected individual will provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Maintaining ServiceNow best practices, documentation, and governance is vital.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, UI customization, and Performance Analytics.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL best practices.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) are preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
