ServiceNow Solution Architect Role
We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and drive strategic transformation change of ITIL solution deployment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, enhancements, and integrity of existing ServiceNow ITSM & CSM applications as well as the implementation and development of new applications on the ServiceNow platform within the enterprise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of user requirements and the ability to translate them into technical solutions that align with customer expectations. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, are vital to success in this role.
- Design, develop, and implement ITIL processes, ITSM, CSM, Knowledge, Demand, and Release Management modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement technology-specific best practices and standards.
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
In addition, the successful candidate will have hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform. They will also have ongoing awareness of tools, techniques, and best practices related to ServiceNow and IT Service Management.
The position requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields, minimum 7 years of industry experience, and practical experience with agile methodologies/tools. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in terms of the business are essential. ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory. Responsibilities:
- Provide subject matter expertise and act as a technical product advocate.
- Design, develop, and implement ITIL processes, ITSM, CSM, Knowledge, Demand, and Release Management modules within the ServiceNow platform.
- Implement technology-specific best practices and standards.
- Research and evaluate alternative solutions and recommend the most efficient and cost-effective solutions.
The selected candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and will have strong leadership skills with the ability to lead assignments/teams and mentor others. Excellent customer service, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required. Requirements:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or other related fields.
