Job Title: ServiceNow DISCOVERY Specialist

Description:

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Discovery Developer to join our team in India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring out-of-the-box workflows and creating/maintaining custom workflows using flow designer.

This is a hands-on role that requires expertise with integrations, data ingestions systems, and ServiceNow best practices.

The ideal candidate will have experience with the ServiceNow CMDB and how it supports other ITSM (ITOM) processes such as Incident, Change, and Asset Management.

Additionally, they will have experience defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB governance processes and procedures.

As a representative of our technical domain, the selected individual will ensure that CI data is properly maintained and available when needed.

Key requirements include:

• 5 years' experience with the ServiceNow CMDB and its supporting processes
• Expertise in defining, documenting, and implementing CMDB governance processes and procedures
• Hands-on experience with integrations, data ingestions systems, and ServiceNow best practices

This is a 6-month contract position with potential extensions.

We offer a competitive rate of $25 per hour in US Dollars.
