ServiceNow Enterprise Architect

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solutions Architect to lead the delivery of ServiceNow Implementation projects and drive strategic transformation change of ITIL solution deployment. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall architecture, design, implementation, enhancements and integrity of existing ServiceNow ITSM & CSM applications as well as implementation and development of new applications on the ServiceNow platform within the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide subject matter expertise and act as technical product advocate for ServiceNow and ITIL processes.
• Design, develop and implement ITIL processes, ITSM, CSM, Knowledge, Demand and Release Management modules within ServiceNow platform.
• Implement technology specific best practices and standards.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or other related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience.
• Practical experience with agile methodologies/tools.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in terms of the business.
• ITIL Foundation certification is required.
