The role of a ServiceNow Developer involves implementing, administering, and configuring the ServiceNow tool to meet business needs.

• IT Service Management skills are essential for this role.
• Strong knowledge of IT Operations Management, Discovery, CMDB, and Integration is also required. Key Skills:
• Scripting in ServiceNow
• System/Process Automation (Orchestration) experience
• System integration using web services and other web-based technologies
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with ability to demonstrate influence in a consultative fashion to stakeholders and other team members
• Administration of a ServiceNow instance including delegation of groups, modification of CMS, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions

As a ServiceNow Developer, you will be responsible for creating and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and workflows. Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in supporting the implementation, administration, configuration, and development of the ServiceNow tool
• Minimum ServiceNow CSA certified
• Ability to work with customers, gather requirements, and create solutions independently
• Active participation within and among teams and colleagues distributed globally
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good quantitative analytic skills, ability to work with large data sets
• Excellent problem-solving skills, in particular a methodical approach to dealing with problems across distributed systems
