Expert ServiceNow ITSM

As a seasoned ServiceNow IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM) expert, you will play a pivotal role in driving the successful delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement ITIL processes, ITSM, CSM, Knowledge, Demand, and Release Management modules within the ServiceNow platform.
• Implement technology-specific best practices and standards to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Research and evaluate alternative solutions to recommend the most efficient and cost-effective options for clients.

You will be responsible for translating client requirements into functional and technical requirements, developing technical design documents, and designing and developing extensions to the ServiceNow data model in support of requirements towards CMDB, SACM, and other modules. Requirements:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• Minimum 7 years of industry experience with practical knowledge of agile methodologies and tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to describe technical solutions in business terms.
• Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
