Leading ServiceNow Solutions Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. You will play a pivotal role in configuring, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom modules.
• Design and implement ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and integrations.
• Optimize platform performance, security, and compliance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead upgrades, migrations, and enhancements while ensuring minimal disruption.
• Develop and integrate APIs, web services, and automation solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and mentorship to junior developers.
• Maintain ServiceNow best practices, documentation, and governance. Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• 5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong expertise in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow Scripting, UI customization, and Performance Analytics.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL best practices.
• ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer) preferred.
