ServiceNow Consultant – CMDB/CSDM (FSM + CSM)

Part-Time | Remote | Italian Preferred

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant or Architect to support a Field Service Management (FSM) + Customer Service Management (CSM) implementation, with a focus on CMDB and CSDM advisory.

Key Responsibilities:

Advise on CMDB/CSDM design in the context of FSM+CSM.

Define and document the data model and field mappings aligned with CSDM best practices.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper configuration and governance.

Requirements:

Proven experience (3+ years) with ServiceNow CMDB, CSDM, and at least one of FSM or CSM modules.

Strong understanding of ServiceNow data models and platform architecture.

Strong understanding of the CSDM model, including asset, software, logical CIs, etc.

Available 2 days per week.

Fluency in Italian preferred, but NOT required.

Remote work – open to candidates across Europe.
