Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain the ServiceNow platform, ensuring configurations align with business needs and best practices
- Work on ITSM, CMDB, and Asset Management modules to optimize workflows and processes
- Configure and customize ServiceNow applications, creating efficient processes and user-friendly solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into ServiceNow solutions
- Provide technical support and guidance to end users, ensuring a seamless ServiceNow experience
- Develop and document new processes, workflows, and enhancements to continually improve platform usage
- Take ownership of incidents, requests, and problem resolutions in a timely and professional manner
