What You'll Do
As a Sales Director - ServiceNow , you will play a key role in both driving new business and growing existing client relationships . You'll work closely with technical and delivery teams to provide clients with the right talent and solutions.
New Business Development
- Generate and close new business with mid-market and enterprise clients
- Prospect via cold outreach, referrals, events, and digital channels
- Lead discovery meetings, develop proposals, and close deals for ServiceNow and IT services
- Position TribolaTech's services across contract, contract-to-hire, and project models
Account Management
- Manage and expand relationships with existing clients
- Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across ServiceNow, cloud, and IT services
- Collaborate with recruiting, pre-sales and delivery teams to ensure successful execution
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Meet and exceed revenue and quota targets
- Accurately track pipeline and opportunities.
- Stay informed on ServiceNow trends, market shifts, and industry news
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years in B2B tech sales (SaaS, IT services, or staffing)
- 2+ years selling ServiceNow, cloud, or enterprise software solutions
- Strong understanding of staff augmentation and consulting delivery models
- Track record of hitting or exceeding quotas
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills Bonus: Familiarity with ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, SecOps, Discovery etc.)
