Associate Principal Engineer - ServiceNow Lead DeveloperFull-time Service Region: UCC We are a Digital Product Engineering company experiencing significant growth! We foster a dynamic, non-hierarchical work culture and are seeking talented new colleagues. Join us! Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end configuration and setup of ServiceNow instances. Develop and implement modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, Asset Management, and Service Request Management. Configure SSO, email notifications, MID Server, user groups, and permissions. Integrate ServiceNow with third-party applications like ESRI (ArcGIS), ARMIS Security, PDQ Inventory, and Hexagon/Infor EAM (AMPS). Implement and maintain CMDB, ITSM, ITOM Discovery, Service Management, HAM, SAM, Chatbot, and SecOps. Ensure compliance with security standards and address vulnerabilities. Create technical documentation including system maps, workflow diagrams, wireframes, data dictionaries, and migration plans. Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues, and refine systems based on feedback. Develop and deliver end-user and technical training programs. Collaborate with stakeholders to define system requirements and strategies. Manage client communications, including technical discussions and status updates. Technical Skills:Expertise in ServiceNow platform development and administration. Proficiency in ServiceNow modules: ITSM, ITOM, HAM, SAM, SecOps, and Service Portal. Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server, API connectors). Skills in workflow automation, UI policies, business rules, ACLs, and catalog items. Knowledge of data migration techniques. Understanding of security and compliance frameworks. Experience with code reviews and best practices enforcement. Strong troubleshooting skills. Soft Skills:Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent documentation and reporting. Teamwork and collaboration, especially in client-facing roles. Leadership skills, including training and mentoring developers. Effective management of technical delivery and project milestones. Clear verbal and written communication. Experience managing client interactions and expectations. Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 9+ years in ServiceNow development, configuration, and administration, with 2-3 major implementations. ServiceNow CSA and CAD certifications preferred. Experience with government or US public sector projects is a plus. Salary Range: $155K - $175K annually + Nagarro Benefits.
