Business Development Manager - ServiceNow (BFSI) Business Development Manager - ServiceNow (BFSI) 2 days ago Be among the first 25 applicantsGet AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Direct message the job poster from XCUTIVES Inc.Senior Consultant @ XCUTIVES Inc. | Executive Search Expert Job DescriptionLead presales & solutions effort for all ServiceNow opportunities within BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) Business Group across:IT Operations (Service Management, AIOPS & Automation, CMDB, Discovery & Asset Management)Enterprise IT (HR Operation, Customer Services, Procurement Operation, Security, GRC)Front, Back office and Middle Office Operation within Banking, Insurance, Wealth & Asset managementDevelop solution strategies and value propositions tailored to customer landscapes and problem statements.Create responses (ppt, word) to RFX and proactive opportunities, defending solutions with internal teams and customers.Manage opportunity pipelines, carry TCV targets, and engage proactively with clients.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify opportunities and craft solutions.Create solution collateral and collaborate with delivery teams to develop success stories.Build and nurture customer relationships, participate in governance, and represent ServiceNow at industry events.Work with partners and sales teams to pursue joint opportunities.Engage in consulting and advisory assignments with strategic clients.Promote ServiceNow offerings within the BFSI sector and broader ecosystem.Pre-requisites10+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow ecosystem and 2+ years in presales & solutions.Experience with ServiceNow platform, including:a. Strong understanding of ServiceNow platformb. Greenfield and re-platforming implementationsc. Extensive experience with ServiceNow ITxM products (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM) and at least one non-IT product (HRSD, CSM, IRM, SECOPS, FSO)d. Knowledge of operating models (MSP/Direct, Centralized/Federated)e. ServiceNow Certification and AccreditationSound understanding of AI/Gen AI/Agentic AI architectures and use cases.Experience in consulting & advisory roles in ServiceNow space.Knowledge of competitors (BMC, Pega, Archer, Salesforce, Workday, etc.) and adjacent products.Strong SaaS platform and business model understanding, including alliances and channels.Technologist at heart, quick learner, capable of working independently and as a leader.Comfortable navigating matrix environments, ambiguous situations, and open to travel.PreferencesBackground in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.Experience with ServiceNow non-IT product portfolio.Deep knowledge of ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, AIOPS, ITAM, EA.Previous consulting & advisory experience in ServiceNow.Energetic with a proactive "Can Do" attitude.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function OtherIndustries IT Services and IT Consulting#J-18808-Ljbffr
