• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Consultant with extensive experience in designing and delivering complex ServiceNow solutions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading teams and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver high-quality results. Key Responsibilities

• Work with business stakeholders to define and finalize system requirements.
• Implement a specialized cloud SaaS/DBaaS solution for CASOMB staff to manage and track Provider Agency and Treatment Provider applications.
• Import existing data from current CASOMB cloud and local SARATSO data source into the new solution.
• Integrate Single Sign-On (SSO) using CDCR enterprise IdP.
• Ensure compliance with Criminal Justice Information Security (CJIS) Policy and Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program (FedRAMP). Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Minimum 4 years' experience focused on managing, developing, administering, and implementing ServiceNow solutions.
• ServiceNow Certified highly preferred. What We Offer
