About the Role
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Implementation Specialist to join our team as a global business and technology transformation partner.
Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK, with no requirement for company support.
To be considered, applicants must have obtained Security Check (SC) clearance within the last 5 years by residing continuously in the UK. Key Responsibilities
- Technical Development: Design and develop ServiceNow workflow solutions for Customer Experience, Technology Experience, and Employee Experience applications.
- User Experience: Utilize ServiceNow's Experience Layer components to create modern interfaces using Next Experience UI, UI Builder, and Service Portal.
- Integration and Data Management: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and IntegrationHub, manage data migration, and ensure data integrity across systems. Required Experience and Skills
- Proven expertise with ServiceNow platforms focusing on various workflows.
- Deep understanding of customer journey and employee lifecycle touchpoints.
- Experience in system integration and data management.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
This role is remote/flexible within the UK, with occasional office visits. The hiring process involves two steps and we offer an attractive referral scheme with Terms & Conditions applying. The successful candidate will earn up to £75,000 annually, dependent on experience.
