ServiceNow GRC/IRM Administrator

Job Type: Contract / Remote UK / 3 months / Inside IR35

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled and proactive ServiceNow GRC/IRM Administrator to join a client of ours in financial services and take ownership of the configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of ServiceNow’s Integrated Risk Management (IRM) applications. This is a key role in ensuring our organization effectively manages risk, maintains compliance, and drives continuous improvement across GRC processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration & Implementation: Set up and configure GRC applications including Risk Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Audit Management, and Regulatory Change Management.
  • User Management: Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls to ensure proper segregation of duties.
  • Workflow Management: Design, configure, and maintain workflows for risk assessments, policy updates, audits, and other GRC processes.
  • Integration: Facilitate integration of GRC applications with other ServiceNow modules and external systems.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to users, enabling effective use of GRC tools.
  • Monitoring & Maintenance: Monitor application performance, resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • ServiceNow Upgrades: Coordinate with the ServiceNow Platform team to implement and test platform upgrades.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Develop and manage dashboards and reports to deliver insights into risk posture, compliance status, and audit findings.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization through automation and workflow enhancements.
  • Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest ServiceNow GRC/IRM features and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience administering ServiceNow GRC/IRM applications.
  • Strong understanding of risk, compliance, and audit processes.
  • Experience with workflow configuration and system integration.
  • Excellent communication and training skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and manage multiple priorities.

Please note this requirement does not support overseas working and will be Inside IR35.
