Job Overview

The company is seeking a skilled professional to support a National Security Federal Program. This onsite role is available in either Springfield, VA, or Chantilly, VA. Responsibilities

• Advise on best practices for workflow automation and user experience enhancements.
• Oversee system health and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop and configure platform components.
• Manage application upgrades.
• Handle data loading, manipulation, and maintenance.
• Support integrations with third-party data sources.
• Design and generate reports and dashboards.
• Develop and implement applications. Qualifications
• Proficient in ServiceNow development and software installation.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Scoped application development.
• Skilled in using UI Builder and App Engine Studio to create custom UX/UI portal pages.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT teams.
• Experienced in advising teams on best practices in an enterprise environment.
• Knowledgeable in AGILE methodologies.
• Capable of developing advanced concepts.
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Leads and collaborates with junior team members. Benefits
