ServiceNow Expert

We are seeking a skilled Senior Developer to join our IT team.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow configuration, integration, and automation. They will be responsible for performing code reviews, implementing new features, and ensuring best practices are followed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Performing regular code reviews to ensure quality standards are met.
• Implementing new features and integrations with ServiceNow.
• Developing technical documentation and guides.
• Working closely with end-users to resolve issues and provide support.
• Communicating process information to stakeholders.
• Monitoring system health and performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or application owner.
• Minimum 5 years experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Background in working within highly regulated environments (MICS, PCI, SOX).
• Training and hands-on experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) methodologies.
• Proficient in Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
• Experience in integrating with web-based development languages.
• Proven knowledge of ITIL processes, procedures, and operations.
• Strong expertise in scripting/reporting and various languages, including HTML, CSS, XML, Web Services, JavaScript, UI, SQL, Java, and structural programming principles.
• Significant experience with API integration across systems.
• Skilled in generating enterprise-level reports, aggregating data from multiple sources.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse backgrounds and levels of experience.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
