• ServiceNow ITOM Expertise: In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow's ITOM capabilities, including CMDB, Discovery, Event Management, and CSDM frameworks.
• Platform Consulting: Experience in providing platform consulting and advisory services, focusing on ITOM, ITAM, and CSDM.
• Project Implementation: Proven track record of implementing large-scale ITOM projects, including integration with other systems and technologies. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow's ITOM features, including configuration management, discovery, event management, and CSDM.
