Senior ServiceNow Project Manager

As a seasoned project manager, you will oversee the successful adoption of ServiceNow applications across our organization. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise, leadership skills, and business acumen.

This position involves overseeing the execution and delivery of ServiceNow projects, ensuring they meet their objectives and are completed on time. Key responsibilities include:

• Project Planning: Define project requirements, set objectives, and develop detailed project plans to guide execution.

• Team Management: Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate communication and collaboration, and ensure team members have necessary skills and training.

• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to maintain project continuity and success.

• Progress Reporting: Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders.

• Solution Implementation: Oversee the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.

We seek individuals with a Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, along with several years of experience in IT project management. A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) is preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
