Senior Technical Lead, ServiceNow Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Senior Technical Lead to oversee the technical aspects of our ServiceNow projects. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in ServiceNow functional consulting, with a strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and Customer Service Management (CSM). Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, analyzing client needs, envisioning solutions, determining design methodologies, coordinating requirements and activities, and implementing designs. A key focus is on delivering high-quality applications and collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications:

• Total experience 11+ years.
• ServiceNow functional consulting across multi-module programmes.
• Deep expertise in ITSM and CSM; working knowledge of SPM/PPM, GRC/IRM, and ServiceNow Partner Portal capabilities.
• Proven track record mapping complex processes to the ServiceNow data model and workflow engine.
• Hands-on configuration skills: Flow Designer, Workflow, Flow/Integration Hub, Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, ACLs, SLAs, Notifications, Performance Analytics & Reporting.
• Strong understanding of ITIL v3/v4 practices and how to operationalize them on the platform.
• Experience leading Agile/Scrum ceremonies and backlog management in Jira/Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with integrating ServiceNow to external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, or Integration Hub spokes.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
