Experience: 5 to 10 years

• Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Developing applications on the ServiceNow platform with 5+ years of experience
• ITSM and CMDB, Integration expertise
• Familiarity with SOA technologies including REST, SOAP
• Good understanding of AI/ML, RPA or Virtual Agent technologies
• Ability to gather and evaluate user requirements and prepare technical requirement documents
• Desire to interact with multiple software development teams to develop, unit test, deploy and improve product performance, quality, security and stability
• Experience with agile methodology for software development teams
• Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly
• Desire to seek continuous improvement in the software development life cycle
