ServiceNow Architect Job Description About the Role

This position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and develop scalable ServiceNow solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow architecture, development, and implementation.

The selected individual will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Responsibilities

• Design and develop ServiceNow solutions that align with business objectives
• Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
• Support integration efforts and ensure seamless interaction between ServiceNow and other systems
• Contribute to the delivery of ServiceNow implementations, migrations, and enhancements in line with best practices
• Monitor platform health, reduce technical debt, and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices
• Provide technical expertise and support to junior developers Requirements
• Minimum 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture
• Proficiency in ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, HAM, or ITOM, with basic knowledge of ITIL principles
• Strong scripting skills using JavaScript for ServiceNow development
• Hands-on experience in at least 1-2 full ServiceNow implementations, including architecture, design, and development
• Familiarity with integration technologies like REST, SOAP, and JSON, as well as relevant ServiceNow tools such as Integration Hub
