Key Responsibilities: ">

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow platform solutions for IT service management and automation of business processes.
• Support and maintain ServiceNow modules including incidents, changes, problems, and agent chat across the organization.
• Develop integrations with internal and external systems using both out-of-the-box (OOB) and custom implementations, leveraging REST APIs, JavaScript, and GlideAjax.
• Lead configuration management database (CMDB), hardware asset management (HAM), and software asset management (SAM) implementations.
• Custom application development on the ServiceNow platform by identifying and translating business and IT requirements.
• Provide expertise in scripting and workflows to streamline business processes. ">

Required Skills and Qualifications: ">

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow in IT service management, integrations, IT asset management, and IT operations management.
• Strong scripting skills with expertise in JavaScript and ServiceNow's GlideAjax.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing RESTful integrations.
• ServiceNow certified system administrator.
• ServiceNow flow designer micro-certification.
• Experience in supporting HAM and SAM implementations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. ">
