We are seeking a skilled developer to implement and configure ServiceNow applications in alignment with approved design plans.

The ideal candidate will have experience with developing ServiceNow software solutions using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.

Familiarity with SQL query creation and LDAP Query for connecting to and pulling data from Oracle and MySQL databases is also essential.

• A strong understanding of IT service management (ITSM) concepts and practices, including incident, problem, change, and knowledge management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL/industry standards.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and experience with designing development, test, staging, and production environments.
• Must be ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator. Required Skills and Qualifications
