About This Role

We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITSM expert to join our team. As a key member of our service delivery organization, you'll be responsible for implementing and supporting core ITSM processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and more. Key Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and provide ongoing support for core ServiceNow ITSM processes.
  • Lead the design and implementation of REST/SOAP API integrations between ServiceNow and third-party tools.
  • Automate complex workflows using Flow Designer and Integration Hub.
  • Develop custom scripts and configurations to meet specific ITSM process requirements.
  • Provide technical guidance to improve service delivery and operational efficiency. Requirements
  • 4+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, with a focus on ITSM processes and integrations.
  • Strong scripting skills in JavaScript and Glide.
  • Proven experience with ServiceNow configuration and advanced troubleshooting.
  • Extensive experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and Integration Hub.
  • Proficiency in designing workflows using Flow Designer.
  • Experience with Agile delivery methodologies and effective client communication.
  • Relevant ServiceNow certifications are highly preferred. Bonus Points
  • A proactive mindset.
  • Strong discipline for remote work.
