We are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow professional to lead the implementation of Order Management and Strategic Portfolio Management solutions.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with ServiceNow, specifically in the areas of order capture and orchestration, demand, project, and resource management. They should also be well-versed in EAP implementation, CSM Portal implementation, and integrations with third-party tools.
Key responsibilities will include leading technical delivery, ensuring adherence to best practices, and collaborating with architects and other tech leads to ensure cohesive solution design. The successful candidate will also support junior and senior developers, providing guidance and hands-on assistance.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, as well as 8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow, including 3+ years in SPM. Strong knowledge of CSDM, Workspaces, UI Builder, Flow Designer, Service Catalog, PPM, Project Management, Demand Management, OKR, Integration Hub, scripted APIs, and Portal management and customization is essential.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics to non-technical stakeholders, are crucial. A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented mindset is also highly valued.
Prior experience with Sales and Ordering processes, familiarity with EAP and CSM modules, and a strong understanding of ServiceNow capabilities are preferred skills.
