We are seeking a skilled Technical ITSM Developer with expertise in integrating various services and systems using Servicenow. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform, as well as proficiency in ITSM and CMDB, integration.

As a Technical ITSM Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain complex integrations between various systems and services using Servicenow.

Design and implement scalable, reliable, and efficient solutions that meet business requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements, preparing technical requirement documents.

Work with agile development teams to develop, unit test, deploy, and improve product performance, quality, security, and stability.

Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and best practices, applying them to improve the software development life cycle.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

6+ years of experience developing applications on the ServiceNow platform.

Experience in ITSM and CMDB, integration.

Strong understanding of HTML technologies including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AJAX, jQuery, AngularJS.

Familiarity with SOA technologies including REST and SOAP.

Good to have exposure to AI/ML, RPA or Virtual Agent technologies.

Understanding of application development on cloud platforms.

Ability to gather and evaluate user requirements and prepare technical requirement documents.

Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly.

Desire to seek continuous improvement in the software development life cycle.

Strong understanding of software design patterns, algorithms, and data structures.
