We are seeking consultants to support global projects on ServiceNow ITOM (Service Mapping). Candidates should have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM, especially Service Mapping, and be able to work remotely with flexibility for international travel/relocation based on project needs.

• Business Analyst (BA): Drive requirements gathering, stakeholder alignment, and documentation
• Solution Architect: Define scalable, secure ServiceNow ITOM architecture
• Technical Architect: Lead technical design, integrations, and platform strategies
• Business Process Consultant (BPC): Bridge business processes with ServiceNow configurations and solutions
• Technical Consultant: Configure, customize, and implement Service Mapping, Discovery, CMDB, and related modules Key Skills & Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM, especially Service Mapping
• Ability to work remotely and relocate as required
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Flexibility for international travel/relocation based on project needs Additional Information
