We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow specialist to join our team in delivering high-quality legal solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing ServiceNow modules, scripting, flow designer, ACLs, and integrations. Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Extensive knowledge of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, and GRC
• Experience with scripting languages, such as JavaScript and Python
• Familiarity with flow designer and its applications
• Achieving compliance and security through ACLs
• Integration expertise with other systems and tools
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology and effective troubleshooting techniques
• Domain awareness and knowledge of laws and regulations
