Senior ServiceNow Implementation Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Implementation Architect to lead the delivery of ServiceNow implementation projects and drive strategic transformation change. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management, excellent communication skills, and experience with agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide subject matter expertise and act as a technical product advocate for ServiceNow ITIL processes, ITSM, CSM, Knowledge, Demand, and Release Management modules.
  • Implement technology-specific best practices and standards.
  • Research and evaluate alternative solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective options.
  • Develop technical design documents and propose data models, design changes to processes and products.
  • Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop extensions to the ServiceNow data model in support of CMDB, SACM, and other modules.
  • Review and refine designs for usability, testing scenarios, and test cases to ensure application quality.
  • Evaluate new features, produce comprehensive analysis and recommendations, and participate in product roadmap planning.
  • Maintain detailed system documentation, including design specs, maintenance, troubleshooting, deployment, disaster recovery, tech notes, and testing.
  • Create and maintain current state of the ServiceNow platform architecture documentation and provide architectural control.
  • Create well-structured test plans and coordinate testing activities.
  • Lead ServiceNow upgrades planning and execution.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Minimum 7 years of industry experience.
  • Practical experience with agile methodologies and tools.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in business terms.
  • ITIL Foundation certification is mandatory.
  • Hands-on design, development, and deployment experience with the ServiceNow platform.
  • Ongoing awareness of tools, techniques, and best practices related to ServiceNow and IT Service Management.
